Abstract

Subject and goals. In the context of digital and technological challenges, changes in the mental attitude between market participants, modified types of threats and risks to the economic security of industrial enterprises arise. As part of the collaboration, new risks of economic security of enterprises and industrial innovation ecosystems are formed. To ensure a stable system of economic security, the priority is to study the emerging risks and sources of threats, so it is possible to foresee possible negative consequences because of the influence of risks.
Methods. Approaches to identifying threats and risks to the economic security of industrial enterprises, because of the impact of factors of current technological challenges, as well as threats and risks arising from the generation and implementation of innovations are considered.
Results and conclusions. Threats, cause-andeffect relationships of risks are defined and classification of risks of economic security of industrial enterprises that arise during collaboration with other participants of the innovative industrial ecosystem is carried out. The author's position on the definition of economic security of industrial ecosystem enterprises and the definition of ecosystem risks is proposed. A four-level model of ecosystem risks (actor level, micro -, meso-and macrolevels) is presented. Digitalization of industrial enterprises is extremely important, but without studying and determining the risks and threats to economic security, an innovative industrial ecosystem model will not be able to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises participating in it.
